Today you are getting your ear tubes out. You have to go back under anesthesia to have them taken out. Lucas has had such bad infections that the doctor was able to pull the goopy tubes out right in his office a bit ago... so it's just you for surgery today. We are hoping this will stop any more ear infections for you both, we think there may be some bacteria on the tubes causing the infection to reoccur in Lucas' left ear. Plus you are at that age where they typically take them out!
Lucas was a bit worried about you when they took you back in the wagon for surgery. He got to watch Alvin & the Chipmunks on my laptop while you were back getting the tubes out. The procedure went off without any problems and you woke up very sweet and tired, not like last time where the anesthesia made you very grumpy.
Also, our buddy Maxwell was there getting his tubes put in on the same day. Funny coincidence. Both boys did well in surgery and are much happier now!
